Booking & Payment

• All studio bookings must be confirmed in advance.
• Full payment is required before the session begins.
• Booking time includes setup and breakdown.
• Overtime usage will attract additional charges.

Studio Session Duration

• Hourly bookings are billed per hour.
• Full Session bookings cover extended usage (as defined per studio).
• Late arrival does not extend booking time.
• Sessions start and end at the scheduled time.

Included in Studio Rental

Equipment & Add-Ons

• Cameras, lenses, audio gear, and accessories are optional add-ons.
• Clients must select add-ons during or before booking.
• Any additional equipment requested on-set is subject to availability.
• Equipment must be handled carefully at all times.

Damage, Loss & Liability

Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of studio equipment or property. Costs for repair or replacement will be charged accordingly.

Conduct & Studio Etiquette

• No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances allowed.
• No food or drinks near equipment (except Kitchen Studio).
• Maintain a professional and respectful environment.
• Excessive noise outside recording areas is not permitted.

Crew & Guests

• Only approved number of persons are allowed in the studio per session.
• Additional crew or guests must be declared in advance.
• Children must be supervised at all times.

Content Responsibility

Clients are fully responsible for the content they create. Cogency Creative Hub is not responsible for copyright or legal issues arising from content. Illegal, harmful, or offensive content is strictly prohibited.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations may attract partial or full charges.
• Rescheduling is subject to studio availability.

Use of Studio Media

Cogency Creative Hub may capture behind-the-scenes photos or videos for promotional use. Clients who do not wish this must notify management in advance.

Safety & Compliance

Clients must follow all safety instructions given by studio staff. Any unsafe behavior may lead to immediate termination of the session without refund.
