House Rules
Mandatory guidelines for all production sessions
1. Booking & Payment
All sessions must be paid in full before commencement. Your booking time includes setup, shoot, and complete breakdown.
2. Equipment Liability
Clients are 100% liable for gear damage. Technical assistants are provided for support, but final responsibility rests with the hirer.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations under 24 hours incur a 50% forfeiture fee. Rescheduling is subject to studio availability and a small processing fee.
4. Property Care
Walls, floors, and studio props must be handled with care. Any marking, staining, or structural damage will be billed at full restoration cost.
5. Overtime Rates
Overtime is billed at 1.5x the standard hourly rate. Sessions exceeding 15 minutes past the slot end time will be billed as a full extra hour.
6. Guest Capacity
Each studio has a strict maximum capacity. Exceeding this limit without prior approval will result in a safety surcharge or session termination.
