This Refund Policy applies to all users of Haske247, a digital creator monetization platform owned and operated by Cogency Creative Hub (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using Haske247, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.


1. General Policy

Haske247 operates a digital wallet–based system that allows users to fund wallets, purchase digital content, support creators, and receive payments for services.

Due to the nature of digital transactions and creator payouts, all payments made on Haske247 are generally non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this policy.


2. Wallet Funding

  • Funds added to a user’s Haske247 wallet cannot be reversed or refunded once the transaction is successfully completed.

  • Users are responsible for confirming payment details before funding their wallet.

  • In the event of duplicate or failed transactions, users may be eligible for a review.


3. Paid Content, Tips & Subscriptions

  • Payments made for:

    • Paid posts or content

    • Creator tips

    • Subscriptions

    • Digital products
      are non-refundable, once access has been granted.

This policy protects creators from content abuse after access is delivered.


4. Jobs, Collaborations & Services

  • Haske247 serves as a facilitation platform connecting creators and brands.

  • Payments made for jobs, freelance work, or collaborations are subject to the agreement between the parties involved.

  • Haske247 does not guarantee refunds for disputes between users but may assist in mediation where necessary.


5. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges due to system error

  • Failed transactions where funds were debited but wallet was not credited

  • Unauthorized transactions confirmed after investigation

All eligible refunds are subject to internal verification.


6. Refund Review Process

To request a refund review, users must:

  1. Contact Haske247 support within 7 days of the transaction

  2. Provide transaction ID, date, amount, and reason

  3. Allow up to 5–10 business days for investigation

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or credited to the user’s wallet, at our discretion.


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

  • Users are encouraged to contact Haske247 support before initiating disputes with banks or payment providers.


8. Policy Updates

Haske247 reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page, and continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
