1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

The HASKE247 website and platform, accessible via https://haske247.com (the “Site”), is a copyrighted work and digital service owned and operated by Cogency Hub, a creative and technology company based in Kano, Nigeria.

You waive any moral rights to attribution to the extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict any User Content at our discretion, without prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

• Users are responsible for applicable taxes.

• Earnings may be subject to verification and platform fees.

• Wallet balances are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

HASKE247 may contain links to third-party websites, ads, or services. We do not control or endorse these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms

• Fraudulent or abusive activity

• Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, access to your account and content may be permanently removed.

9. Disclaimers

We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy, security, or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to HASKE247 (if any) in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
