? ZOPlay Creator Agreement

Welcome to ZOPlay, a platform built to empower African filmmakers and content creators. This Creator Agreement outlines your rights, responsibilities, and the terms under which your content is hosted and monetized on ZOPlay.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to participate as a Creator on ZOPlay.
• You must have the full rights to any content you submit for publishing or monetization.

2. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of your content. By uploading to ZOPlay, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, stream, promote, and monetize your content globally.

3. Monetization & Revenue Share

• Creators earn a percentage of revenue generated from paid views, fan contributions, and other monetized interactions.
• Specific percentage terms will be outlined in your Creator Dashboard or individual contract.
• Payments are made monthly via the method provided in your account.

4. Content Guidelines

Creators must adhere to ZOPlay’s content standards. This includes avoiding:

• Illegal, hateful, or abusive material
• Unlicensed music, footage, or third-party assets
• False claims of ownership or impersonation

5. Exclusivity (Optional)

You may choose to offer content exclusively to ZOPlay for higher visibility or better monetization rates. Exclusive terms will be discussed and signed separately.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your content will be removed from the platform within 30 days. Any pending earnings will still be paid out.

7. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to fair and transparent communication. Any dispute should first be addressed via support@zoplay.com.ng. If unresolved, the issue may be escalated according to local or international intellectual property laws.

8. Updates to the Agreement

ZOPlay may update this agreement periodically. You will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.
