🔹 Role Summary: This is a creative, hands-on role. You’ll create video content and visuals that power our programs like Creator Clinic, Spotlight, and campaigns on social media. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Shoot and edit videos (episodes, reels, interviews) Create graphic designs (thumbnails, posters, product promos) Develop short-form social content from long episodes Maintain brand consistency across all visuals Support livestream production when needed ✅ Skills & Qualities: Comfortable with editing software (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.) Eye for aesthetics and sound syncing Creative and self-motivated Able to work fast under light supervision Strong content awareness (music, fashion, skits, storytelling)
